I read a lot of incredible books last year, but two of them really stick out in my mind. I tried to pick between them and I just couldn't. It's impossible, I tell you! So, here is my TIE for the best book I read last year.....
GONE GIRL by Gillian Flynn
It will take you inside the mind of a true psychopath and make you never want to leave. You'll hate, then love, then hate, then love the main characters. This is a wild ride and a total mindf*ck.

THE SEA OF TRANQUILITY by Katja Millay
A broken girl, a lonely boy, and a garage. This story touched me in a way I can't even explain. It's incredible...just absolutely incredible.
